Large Home with space for every type of visitor. If they are into the Beach then and unobstructed view from the front porches and short walk from the front steps is at their disposal. If they are into fishing, make them bring their boat and launch into the Inter Coastal Canal that leads to the Gulf for Some of the best Saltwater Fishing offered in the USA. Then there is the walk on the beach, pick up shells and watch the Sunrise and Sunsets without tripping over body to body blankets....Sargent Island is one of the last undeveloped beaches left, the swinging bridge over the Inter Coastal Waterway lets you enter an island about 12 miles long and less than a quarter mile wide at it's wides point.
The Home is All Electric. I recommend opening windows rather than trying to get the A/C to be freezing like city homes. It is a Beach Home and the winds are almost always blowing.
My Island getaway offers upscale furniture and decor, 2 bedrooms on main living floor with VERY large Bath Suite. King Size Bed, 2 Single beds down for 4 people rate is $150 on Main floor -Upstairs is 2 single beds with 2nd Private Full Bath. If this is used it is $200 per night for maximum of 6 people. If only 2 people stay rate is $100 per night. ALL BEDROOMS have only Drapes and/or Screen for Doors. The Bedrooms are mostly beds the common area is open for enjoying each other.
Fully Equipped Kitchen with Refrigerator, Slide in New Stove/Oven, Microwave, Blender the attached Pantry has Full size Washer/Dryer for your use.
Large Contemporary Dining area with 6 Chairs and separate table for 4 connected to area. This area is considered the Game area of the main living room that has Couch and 4 chairs for viewing Tapes on the Large screen TV and VCR and DVD. Basic Dish Network channels.
The Back Sun Room has seating and is Not A/C but windows on 3 sides, Treadmill and 3 walls of windows overlooking the Inter Coastal Canal where the Water Traffic of barges and pleasure boats will give you a lot of the Aah factor for sure! Steps leading down to backyard . Part of a Pier is still left to stand on to fish from since IKE happened.

Money Order and/or checks (must clear before stay) OR Cash Given to House Manager locally.
No deposit charged But Home MUST be left as you found it, Bed sheets stripped, changed and towels and linens folded and replaced. If this is not agreeable then a $100 Cleaning Fee can be charged.
Maximum 6 people No matter what age over 4yrs old.
