RESEARCH ADMINISTRATIVE DEPARTMENT DIRECTOR
Houston, Texas Base Salary up to $175K Plus Annual Incentive Plan!
Growing global organization is seeking an experienced Research Department Director with a current background in an Academic or Medical School environment.
In this key Management role, you will be responsible for all financial, business and operational related functions of this cutting edge Research Department. Your fiscal responsibilities will include an annual department budget of over $15 million and the administration and supervision of over 125 FTE employees.
The ideal candidate will have current experience in an academic research department with operational and business acumen in pre/post grant management, clinical operations management, and research laboratory operations. The selected candidate will be offered an above market base salary, annual incentive plan and an outstanding benefits package including relocation assistance.
