A company is seeking a Bilingual Japanese/English IT Technical Engineer in IT Industry. Candidate must be able to speak, read, and write Japanese with IT Technical Support Experience preferred. This is a Full Time position Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm with some over time required, Non Exempt, with excellent benefits including 401k. Interviews start Now!
Duties:
-Japanese translation and coordination task of products manual related to a company server.
-Work at clients on-site.
-Coordinate task of draft version documents translation technical review.
-Coordinate work of the screen capture, retrieve for translated documents screen.
-Request for revision of translated documents/ Final confirmation of delivery work file.
-Support work related problems with building the documentation related to the source file to XML
-Communication with the translation contractor (Japanese).
-Publishing work for internal Web translated documents (Using SharePoint Designer 2010).
-New translation process introduction related work.
-House translation task using translation tool (English→Japanese)
-Maintenance coordination task of documents Web site for external customers.
-Maintenance task of translation work file archive for share server.
Skills:
-Must be able to speak, read, and write Japanese.
- Totally comfortable with translate technical words from English to Japanese.
-Four year College Degree
-Able and willing to work overtime.
-Require middle to senior IT technical support skills.
-Experiences in Windows XP, Windows 7, MS Office, Antivirus, and IT technical support.
-Experiences in IT technical support.
Compensation: $17-$25/hour, Non Exempt, with excellent benefits including 401k.
