This rustic look bed, as all collection is made of pine solid wood and veneers. Nine step lacquer finish and wood distressing. Front dovetail solid pine construction drawers. Mortise and tenon joint construction on all case pieces. Full extension glides on all drawers. Hand forged custom metal pulls. Mirror features beveled glass and hand forged detail on top. Dresser, nightstand and headboard feature real copper panels. Multi-step lacquer finish protects wood and adds character. Wood distressing adds old world appeal. Provides additional strength on drawers. Makes sturdy and durable quality cases. Full view and smooth glide on drawers. Great value. The copper is hand hammered and fired just like the old world tradition. The firing gives the copper its many variations and makes each panel a work of art. No two panels will match, but the entire collection blends together. Copper has been protected with and final clear lacquer coating.
