For over two decades, we have been proud to serve our customers throughout the Houston area some of the finest meals around! We pay attention to the details and hand-craft every dish to make sure it’s perfect for our guests. Our kitchen staff and Chefs are passionate about the quality of the meals we serve; on top of traditional classics we also offer selections for those who watch what they eat. On top of our delicious, from-scratch menu, we feature several selections of wines and spirits to compliment your experience once you come through our doors.

At this time, we are currently looking for a Director of Catering! This person should have a strong work ethic and drive to succeed.

REQUIREMENTS:
* 2+ years of current Upscale Casual or Fine Dining Restaurant Management experience
* A stable work history; no more than two jobs in the previous five years
* High Volume Background; must have experience managing restaurants doing over $2 million in sales per year
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Ability to build catering and private party sales; must have strong contacts throughout the Houston region
* Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees

Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 + excellent benefits package and bonus potential (up to 30k!)
