Charming, and sweet and cuddlebug. This great dog was lucky enough to be rescued from the Corridor, and adopted out to what she hoped would be her forever home. Molly’s back with Corridor now due to cruelty of her adoptive parent’s neighbors who shot and wounded her so severely that they were forced to amputate her front left leg at the shoulder. Still fearing for her life, her adoptive parents decided she was not safe there with them and asked Corridor Rescue to find her a new forever home. Meet Molly. Elegant and slender in her gleaming black and brown fur coat, this Rottweiler/Boxer/Shepard mix has pretty light brown dots over her sweet eyes. She has expressive ears that perk up when she is happy and a cute black nose on her smiling face. Although she is a three-legged dog, she has adjusted amazingly well and lives her life quite fully, paying no attention to this trivial detail. Her foster parents say that this only adds to her charm, that Molly loves to sit next to you and slowly fall into your lap, cuddling closer than any four legged creature ever could. At 5 years old (03/2012), she weighs 45.2 lbs. This beautiful girl is both house and kennel trained. Molly is a charmer and would love to charm her way into the right forever home. She is so sensible and settled that it is a joy to be around her. Very loving and sweet, she wants nothing more than to meet someone who will say to her again: ’Yes, you belong to me. Come with me and be my friend.‘ As her photographer observed: ”All she wanted was to be loved and be near me. Every time I backed up to photograph her, she moved forward.“ All the dogs here deserve wonderful homes, but this little girl needs one very badly. What a gem! Molly is such a gentle heart. She aims to please and loves to cuddle and play with any toys. She's a great leash walker and listens when you call to her. She needs to go to a loving home that can give her lots of TLC, and we think she would be happiest in a home without other animals. Molly does great with kids of every age. Did we mention she loves to cuddle?! This girl is a very calm dog and loves nothing more than laying on the floor and getting her belly rubbed. So there you have it.
