Pit Bull Terrier - Anouk - Large - Baby - Female - Dog
Anouk is an American Pit Bull Terrier/American Bulldog mix. She's about 8 months old and currently weighs about 50 lbs (as of mid-July). We estimate that she may weigh anywhere from 60-75lbs when full grown. She is crate-trained, housebroken, up-to-date on her shots, and spayed. Anouk is a smart cookie. She watches, analyzes, and quickly figures things out. She would be happiest in a home where she is challenged and gets regular exercise, as she is lean and athletic with a lot of energy. When it's bedtime, though, she becomes quite the cuddle bug and likes to curl up close to her family. She currently goes to doggie daycare 3 times a week where she gets to meet and play with all sorts of other dogs and burn off some of that energy! She has her Puppy Star certification, which is the puppy version of the Canine Good Citizen. She knows sit, down, stay, roll-over, gives high-fives, and walks well on a leash. She would likely excel at and enjoy more advanced training, such as agility or even tracking. She is currently in a foster home with her sister and a big foster brother, who she likes to rough-house with.
