Roxie) is a 3 year old Shepherd/Chow mix girl that was adopted about a year ago and then left with the landlord when the owners moved out. The landlord turned her into the Houston SPCA where her microchip led her back to S.A.F.E. House. Keeta adjusted to her new life in her new foster home with multiple dogs very quickly and bonded with her human without delay. She is very playful and fun loving, enjoying running around in the yard, checking the trees for squirrels or jumping in her baby pool. She is not a big barker, but will let you know if someone is at the door or gate. Keeta likes kids and other dogs but will NOT do well with cats. She does have the ability to climb a 4 1/2 foot fence so a taller fence would be in order but she has only climbed out to be with her foster dad and does not run away. Submitting an application does not obligate you to adopt, but it initiates contact with us and gets the process started.

S.A.F.E.
