Our Houston, TX client located near The Heights is in need of a Contract to Hire entry-level Bilingual Customer Service Representative for their Insurance Agency.
Responsibilities:
Answer heavy incoming calls and be able to answer insurance related questions
Advise customers on policy changes
Must be able to see opportunities to bring in sales and new business (opportunity for monthly commission)
Requirements:
Bilingual (English/Spanish)Willing to train for the state P & C license. Test to be taken within the first 6 months. Company provided training.
Great communication skills
Not afraid to ask questions
Minimum 3 years work experience in a professional setting and job stability
Desire to learn a new career
