SELL OR TRADE! 1997 Chevrolet Camaro. 3.8 liter V-6. 205,550 original exact mileage. VIN # 2G1FP22K8V2102757. Current rebuilt low mileage engine has approximately 25,000 miles, rebuilt 5-speed manual transmission 20,000 miles and clutch replaced within the last 6 years. Flow Master exhaust system. Tinted windows. Catalytic converter replaced in the last 7 years. The Camaro needs some mechanical and cosmetic repairs and have some of the uninstalled dealership and auto parts store bought new replacement parts to fix some of the current mechanical issues, as it is currently is not running. Perfect vehicle for the classic car hot rod collector, Camaro enthusiast , the auto mechanic hobbiest, or other buyers not needing to purchase a running vehicle to drive away immediately. Owner recommends interested buyers to run own Car Fax report and will also be responsible for towing the vehicle off the owner's driveway. The owner is prepared to arrange to have the mechanical issues repaired on the driveway under the owner's directed supervision, if the buyer pays for the parts needed, as the owner has connections to get brand new auto parts at discounted prices with the original parts receipt(s) included, and also has a recommended personal mobile mechanic on standby ready to make the repairs at a reasonable price vs. what a transmission shop would charge for repairs. If potential buyer is currently a member of an auto towing club, for example AAA, AARP, etc. or knows someone that is, towing would be free of charge as described in the auto towing club handbook. Refer to your auto club towing policy handbook or online for more information regarding your towing company's distance limitations, policies & extra fees that may apply beyond standard towing distances. U-Haul also leases a 2 wheel vehicle towing travel trailer at the intown rate of $54.95 plus tax at all locations nationwide. The intown rate is renting at one local area location & returning it to another area location across town or closer to home. Applicable towing fees, trailer towing rental & buyers' current mechanical expenses needed, is deducted from current blue book selling price of the car. No rust. Color of the car is red / medium gray interior. Clean / Clear Title as reported from the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles website & have a Camaro title report prepared for the buyer. The car will be sold “AS IS,”as the inspection sticker has expired.
