Our La Marque, TX client is seeking a Fabrication Estimator. This client offers an excellent benefits package as well as a stable work environment.
Company specializes in the manufacturing of Pressure Vessels, Piping, and Process Skids. They also are a full service Machining facility, providing both Manual and CNC capabilities for the Petrochemical Industry.
Responsibilities:
Preparing bids/proposals, running and creating reports.
Following up with clients on proposals.
Other duties as requested.
The Fabrication Estimator will be involved in multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications:
Associate Degree in a technical field of study.
5+ years verifiable Fabrication Estimator experience
Knowledge of Fabrication Techniques and Processes related to the manufacturing of Pressure Vessels, Piping, and Process Skids is a bonus.
Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel, Intermediate to Advanced MS Word.
Knowledge of Fabrication techniques and processes.
Extensive knowledge of ASME Codes.
Good communication skills: written and oral.
Self motivated – take initiative.
Ambitious with strong work ethic.
Good organizational skills.
