Our medical center Houston,TX client is looking for a contract Medical Front-Desk Receptionist to fill in on their team. Previous medical office experience is highly preferred.
Schedule: Hours are somewhat flexible but should run typically between 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. Fridays will end closer to 5:00pm.
Duties:
Assist patients in scheduling appointments
Answer multi-phone line system
Process files as needed
Requirements:
At least two years in an administrative capacity, ideally in a medical office environment
Strong MS Office experience is a must (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A great attitude with a strong aptitude working in a high-stress, fast-paced environment
