Our company is a growing premier energy consulting and client services organization that provides exceptional service to clients across the nation. We are looking for the right team member who has a desire to learn to fill our newly created full time Administrative and Contract Assistant position.
The successful candidate must:
• Be proficient in excel and be ready to demonstrate their capabilities via a test
• Prepare client reports on a regular basis and interface with the clients as needed (after training)
• Able to quickly catch onto cloud database utilization for client contract management
• Assist the Managing Partner with confidential monthly payment reconciliations
• Assist the Managing Partner in document archival
• Be able to perform any tasks that may be required to maintain client satisfaction and confidence.
This position is full time and our office hours are Monday through Friday
